Subject: URGENT -Senator Marco Rubio is requested to insure my mother’s release from a human trafficking ring that operates out of the probate /guardian court.
Dear Senator Rubio:
I met with Alyn Fernandez in your office along with Dr. Robert Sarhan to discuss the racketeer industry that is human trafficking elderly adults and laundering their money in the probate court in the state of Florida, a racketeer court that exists to extort the assets of a vulnerable adult and subject them to a string of felony crimes.
My mother has been captured in a “guardianship” where she is being subjected to atrocities by criminals who operate as a “judge” and “guardians” and “attorneys”.
This crime was reported to you by Dr. Robert Sarhan who met with you and informed you his mother would be murdered by drugs and abuse if you did not protect her. You did not assist and Dr. Sarhan’s mother was murdered. Her death certificate shows she died from toxic drugs. The doctor who administered the drugs was found guilty of murdering a young boy by overdosing him.
My mother and I and Dr Sarhan and his mother are part of countless number of victims of this racket.
We have much voter influence and the media is voraciously covering our story.
Like Dr. Sarhan’s mother, my mother will die without you intervention and taking a strong stand that you will not tolerate this crime.
Ms. Fernandez assured me that my mother’s matter would be given top priority by your office but she has failed to return my calls and emails.
My mother needs to be removed from her captivity by this RICO enterprise composed of Micheal Genden a criminal disguised as a judge, Jacqueline Hertz and Blaire Lapides also criminals disguised as “guardians” and Roy Lustig, a criminal disguised as an attorney.
