Where Ted Bernstein and Pamela Beth Simon, children of decedent Simon Bernstein declared he was murdered by poison by his girlfriend the day Simon died and filed Police Reports and Autopsy. Autopsy results fail to do initial poison heavy metal test and when it is done the results for arsenic, cadmium and others are elevated beyond reportable levels. Arrests made of notary public Kimberly Moran and Attorney Robert Spallina admits to Palm Beach Sheriff that he POST MORTEM altered Trust documents of his client.
