INITIAL MOLD FOUND
THIS IS AFTER THEY STATE IN WORK ORDERS THAT THE UNIT IS FINE AND AFTER SPENDING @20 HOURS CLEANING IT - ONLY AFTER STATE HEALTH OFFICIALS AND FPL FOUND THAT THE UNIT WAS LEAKING AND CAUSING MOLD. ALL PRIOR REPORTS FALSELY STATE NO MOLD AND NO LEAKS. ALSO REVIEW THE VIDEOS TO SEE HOW MUCH LEAKAGE THERE WAS WHILE STONYBROOK WROTE REPORTS THAT IT WAS OK AND NO LEAKS.

MOLD FOUND TO HAVE CAUSED THE WALL TO BE PERMEATED AND CHEWED THROUGH THE FLOORING AND OUT INTO THE GARAGE, ALSO INFESTED WITH MOLD

WET FILTERS CAUSED BY THE BROKEN HVAC - THE FILTERS WOULD GET SOAKED AND EXPAND. WHEN HEALTH DEPARTMENT CAME THEY NOTED THIS IN REPORT AND STATED IT WAS HIGHLY DANGEROUS AND HAD BEEN SPREADING MOLD THROUGH THE HVAC UNIT AND POSSIBLY THE WHOLE DWELLING
WET FILTER 2 - THIS WAS A NEW FILTER FOUND BY INSPECTORS TO BE GETTING SOAKED FROM BROKEN HVAC - INSPECTOR STATED THAT IT WAS VERY DANGEROUS TO HAVE WET FILTERS AND ADVISED TO REMOVE UNTIL HVAC WAS FIXED.
WATER COLLECTING IN HVAC AND TOTALLY MOLDED AND BROKEN COILS
AFTER EQUITY CAME IN AND FOUND ALL THE PROBLEMS PRIOR STONYBROOK HAD DENIED EXISTED, THE UNIT WAS REMOVED AND THIS IS THE CLEAN DRY AREA STONYBROOK STATED WAS FINE. BOTH FPL AND STATE HEALTH OFFICIALS NOTED THIS IN THERE REPORTS AS FAULTY EQUIPMENT
THE UNIT ON THE DAY STONYBROOK STATED IT WAS FIXED AND LOOKED GREAT.
MOLD COILS THAT STONYBROOK LEFT IN HOME FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS STATING NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THEM

WHAT NEW COILS EQUITY PUT IN LOOKED LIKE
MOLD BEHIND UNIT - BEFORE STONYBROOK CLEANING TO COVER UP BEFORE INSPECTIONS. THIS SHOT IS BEHIND THE UNIT WHERE BLACK THICK MOLD WAS SCRAPED OFF. CHECK OUT THE BULGING WALLS, A SURE SIGN MOLD IS IN THE WALLS
MOLD FOUND GOING FROM HVAC TO GARAGE AND NOTE THE HOLE IN THE GARAGE, EQUITY MANAGEMENT CLAIMED IT WAS A VERY OLD CUT OUT TO TEST FOR MOLD.
MOLD AND WATER THROUGHOUT THE GARAGE, THIS CAUSED THE GARAGE AND OUR POSSESSION IN THE GARAGE TO BE COVERED WITH MOLD.

HVAC WITH NEW COILS FROM EQUITY IS STILL FOUND LEAKING AND NOT WORKING. THEY THOUGHT THE NEW COILS WOULD FIX BUT IT DID NOT. LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE OF NEW V. OLD COILS. THEY ALSO PUT IN THE NEW COILS AND SET OK ALL BETTER. BUT THEY DID NOT CLEAN OR REMOVE ANY OF THE OLD MOLD AT THIS TIME
NOTE THE BULGING WALLS - THIS WALL LEADS TO GARAGE WHERE MOLD HAS ALSO BEEN FOUND AND ALL THEY DID WAS PAINT THE WALLS. AN "UNBIASED" CONTRACTOR WAS BROUGHT IN AND THEY REPORTED NO LEAKS AND NO PERMEATION INTO OR THROUGH WALLS - ALL FALSE AND PROVEN WRONG BY FPL AND STATE HEALTH OFFICIALS
AFTER EQUITY PUT IN NEW COILS IT STILL LEAKED AND THEY JUST LEFT THE MOLD AND BULGING WALLS BUT PAINTED IT
ENGINEER COMES - SEES THIS AND STATES MOLD HAS NOT SPREAD TO GARAGE????
THIS IS WHAT WAS FOUND AND AS YOU CAN SEE THEY SPENT HOURS CLEANING THIS AND PREPARING FOR PAINTING AND REMOVING MOLD OF WALLS YET THIS IS WHAT THEY PAINTED OVER.
EQUITY BRINGS NEW UNIT AFTER TRYING TO FIX OLD, THEN TO SAVE COST THEY ONLY TAKE THE COILS STATING IT WOULD WORK, IT DID NOT. THEY LEFT THE ROTTING, RUSTY AND OLD UNIT IN PLACE AND DID NOT CLEAN IT AT ALL. IT REMAINS TODAY
NEW PAINT AND FIXED HVAC YET EQUITY FAILS TO REMOVE THE REMAINING MOLDS AND THEY CONTINUE TO PERSIST AND RETURN. THEY JUST PAINTED OVER THE MOLD AND LEFT IT LIKE THIS. IT IS STILL LIKE THIS
NOTE THAT IN THE PICTURES AT TOP OF OLD HVAC THAT THERE IS NO WATER COLLECTION PLATE UNDER HVAC, HERE BECAUSE EQUITY STATED THAT THIS WAS A CODE VIOLATION, THEY PUT ONE IN.
