U need to file an emergency motion Mon am to removal the guardian n put the guardianship in your name or your sisters name or both. DN give advance notice to the guardian about what you plan to do. Try to get the Guardian to agree to remove the guardianship. If he does not, then you may have to attack the guardian. Record everything. U also need an emergency motion to stop the sale. Mention that it is his homestead , you are willing to accept financial responsibility for him; that he has never been declared incompetent or fully examined as required by law. Nor was proper notice given. You need supporting affidavits from medical or legal personnel. People who would be credible to the court r best. If you need Skender and I tomorrow, we will help.
