The fraud department is trying to confirm some transactions, and your card is on hold till they can confirm.  Please call 877-499-0572 and listen to options.  If prior to 7pm EST you can select customer care option.  If after 7, select debit card issue.  Reference case number 60-85289229

It seems you were able to speak with Rebecca in our Customer Care department, and you were able to confirm fraud. She said you will be receiving your new card tomorrow. I had them update the phone number to your cell phone. You will receive an email asking to enroll in text fraud alerts. I encourage you to enroll so you can reply by text. I trust Rebecca was able to assist you. If there is anything more I can do, please feel free to contact me. Hope the rest of your day goes smoothly. 😃
