The Selenium is something I can do and wash off myself. The one I have is expired.

Hi Dr. Navarro,
I need you. It's embarrassing 😳 I have internal hemorrhoids that protrude all the time. No blood no itching but uncomfortable. I have used wipes, withchazel but just goes in and comes back out which is a little uncomfortable. Who would you recommend to me to see? Or should I try like a Preparation H suppository. I just finished a homeopathic insertion liquid that did nothing to reduce or stop. I don't want to go n to a proctologist but if you say that I should then I will. I'm kinda scared and embarrassed about this.

Don't forget the proctologist for me. No where had the lidocaine gel yesterday so Walgreens ordered if for me to get today haven't got it yet. I got a toilet sitz bath this morning. Used it 2x today and I'm taking stool softener and physillium and Milk of Magnesia.
