The attorneys are out of the office until Monday 27th so the new lawyer will need to pick up. When is he calling me so I can update him on deadlines and information he needs to help you? But nothing can be filed or accepted by court until I am off or the new lawyer files his appearance so if he files his appearance in all 5 cases today he can file. I will file extensions on all cases due to the termination to try and preserve your rights. But that disqualification stunt was really not a good thing and if Keven is your advisor it is a felony unLicensed practice of law and I am sorry he won’t stop hurting you. Please listen to your new Licenced lawyer so you don’t ruin everything.

Inger we are signing the Consents now. We spoke to the law firm we are in the process of hiring but this is not resolved. The lawyer is very experienced in Guardianship but until formally retained do not want to give the name but we know the attorney needs extension time as barely has time to speak to us due to Guardian trial that will last consderable time maybe a month? So as much time as we can get is best. Once formally retained the lawyer will transition with you on their own

They are going to do the incapacity hearing on July 11. Unless he files for a continuance and gets it granted. I am asking for 30 days to resting but deadlines will keep running in the meanwhile and it is key someone who knows what they are doing files the discovery and takes over appeal etc so please protect Slater should still agree on record tomorrow to zoom so I can mention that to Jusge and ask her to please consider that for you tomorrow.

When you file the new motion for visitation for the visitors not the people that live there as it was played off today in court but the fact is priest and some of his best friends are not allowed to see him now but that isolation. So I would follow motion just specifically to that issue and ask the court and an email to set it for hearing right away in the meanwhile you can negotiate a Slater and remember you can also disqualify her as the prosecutor because she’s a witness and you can get a free public defender for those two cases that maybe I could help help you if needed and give you evidence to Public Defender before trial but anyway I guess I should back off I’m just trying to help you because I can’t stand injustice anywhere
